Claudia Cedola

Claudia Cedola graduated in law in 1994 from the University of Rome "Tor Vergata" and in 1997 she was admitted to the Bar of Rome. Since 2020 she has been enrolled in the special register for legal aid before the Court of Cassation and other higher courts.

From 1997, the year in which she obtained her qualification as a lawyer, to 2003 she worked in a well-established Roman law firm with a focus on civil law.

In 2003 she set up his own practice.

Since 2014, she created a close and constant synergy with a leading Roman law firm in the field of tax law. In this context, she not only dealt with all the civil matters and litigation handled by the above-mentioned law firm, but has also gained in-depth knowledge and experience in the field of tax law and related procedures.

In 2021 she joined PBC Legal, bringing her tax law expertise to the firm's clients.

She successfully attended the two-year course at the School of Advanced Training and Specialisation of Tax Lawyers of UNCAT - Unione Nazionale Camere Avvocati Tributaristi (National Union of Tax Lawyers' Chambers) - obtaining the certificate needed to obtain the certification of "specialist" at the C.N.F. (National Bar Council).

Claudia Cedola assists major international sports companies in all tax matters.

She collaborates on a regular basis with A.N.V.I. - Associazione Notarile Vendite all'Incanto (Notary Sales Association) - providing legal advice and assistance in the preparation, drafting and completion of the preparatory and final acts of the auction sales delegated by the Judges of the Ordinary Court of Rome to the Notaries registered with A.N.V.I., by creating a close collaboration with an associated notary's office in Rome for advice on legal matters concerning both credit recovery and assistance with stipulations and therefore with activities of a purely out-of-court nature.

She cooperates as an external lawyer with credit institutions for both in- and out-of-court activities concerning debt collection procedures.
